Where is Runway Logistics located?

Our Class A warehouse is in Medley, FL, in Miami-Dade County, close to Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the main South Florida highways.

How big is your warehouse?

100,000 sq ft, including 30,000 sq ft of climate-controlled storage, 7,500 pallet positions, 30 dock doors and 32-foot clear height.

Do you unload containers?

Yes. We devan 20' and 40' containers, including floor-loaded freight. We palletize, label and put away the goods, or cross-dock them straight to outbound.

Can you ship pallets to big-box retailers?

Yes. We build and ship retail and wholesale pallet orders, follow retailer routing guides, and schedule delivery appointments.

Do you do e-commerce and DTC fulfillment?

Yes. We pick, pack and ship direct-to-consumer orders, prep Amazon FBA shipments and process returns. We connect to Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce and Magento through our Extensiv WMS.

Can you handle both my wholesale and e-commerce orders?

Yes. Many clients keep one pool of inventory with us and ship pallets to retailers and parcels to consumers from the same building, so stock stays in sync across channels.

Do you offer kitting and assembly?

Yes. We build promotional kits, mailers, retail displays and multi-SKU bundles, and we also de-kit and repack.

What WMS do you use? Can I see my inventory?

We use Extensiv, a cloud WMS. Clients get a live portal with inventory, receipts and orders, plus API and EDI connections.

Do you store hotel FF&E and furniture?

Yes. We receive, inspect, store and consolidate FF&E for hotel and restaurant projects in South Florida and the Caribbean, then deliver on your install schedule.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing typically covers receiving or devanning, storage per pallet per month, and handling per order or pallet shipped. Value-added work such as kitting is quoted per project. Request a quote and we'll put together pricing for your freight.

Do you ship to the Caribbean and Latin America?

Yes. We consolidate and forward freight to the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central and South America.

Can you fulfill Shopify orders from Miami?

Yes. Shopify connects to our Extensiv WMS. Orders drop in automatically, and tracking goes back to your store.

Do you prep Amazon FBA shipments?

Yes. We receive, prep and ship inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers on your shipment plan.

Do you handle returns and subscription boxes?

Yes. We inspect, grade and restock returns by your rules, and we assemble and ship subscription boxes from your inventory.

How much pallet storage do you have in Miami?

7,500 pallet positions in our 100,000 sq ft Class A warehouse in Medley, FL.

Do you have climate-controlled warehouse space in Miami?

Yes, 30,000 sq ft of it, in the same building as our pallet racking and docks.

Do you cross-dock in Miami?
