E-commerce fulfillment in Miami for Shopify and Amazon brands

Your store sends orders to our Extensiv WMS automatically. We pick, pack and ship each one, and tracking flows back to your store. Inventory, orders and shipments update in your portal, so you never have to email us for a stock count.

Extensiv connects to Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce and Magento out of the box. Larger brands and marketplaces can connect by API or EDI. Your portal shows on-hand stock, open orders, receipts and shipments, live.

FBA prep: We receive your inventory, inspect it and prep it to Amazon's requirements. That includes FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging with suffocation warnings, bubble wrap, bundling and multi-packs, expiration-date labels, and box content and carton labels. We build pallets to Amazon's standards and ship them to the fulfillment centers on your shipment plan. We also handle Amazon removal orders.

Returns processing: We receive returns from your customers and from Amazon, inspect and grade each unit, and act on your rules: restock, repack and relabel, set aside for refurbishment, or dispose. Every return is logged in Extensiv with its condition, so you can see what came back and why.

We build subscription boxes, multi-SKU bundles, gift sets, promotional kits, mailers and retail displays. We assemble, insert and shrink-wrap to your spec. We also de-kit and repack when a product or promotion changes.

Most growing brands sell direct and wholesale. We hold one inventory pool and ship both from it: parcels to your customers, pallets to your retail and wholesale accounts, and FBA shipments to Amazon.
